Before commissioning me, you are stating that you agreed to those terms.

Don’t expect much of me, I’m constantly trying to improve my style draw after draw I do as I still try to define it completely, it’s something I haven’t really accomplished but I hope to in the future, so don’t complain if a draw I did for you before looks of lower quality than future ones. Also, I’m not an alternative option if the other artist you wanted is full, with this I mean that you shouldn’t expect me to work in the same way and manner as other artists.

Terms of Service

1. Content to draw

• I will draw:

• Babyfur/Diaperfurs
• Slightly suggestive content/poses (Only diaperfurs)
• Mild diaper usage.
• Pretty much anything SFW
• Only simple backgrounds (Solid colors, shapes, or blurred), for now
• Ask please!

• I may draw:

• Ferals (Not enough practice but I can give it a try).
• Humans (I don’t really like ‘em, depends on my mood).

• I will not draw:

• Heavy fetishes/kinks
• Heavy diaper usage
• Exaggerated/Unrealistic proportions
• NSFW/Explicit content
• Complex backgrounds

2. References

• It’s highly advised to have a visual reference where all colors of the characters are seen, with at least front and back, and if possible sides.

• If you don’t have a reference any other drawing is okay, as long the colors, patterns, and such are clear and visible, flat drawings are highly advised.

• Descriptions are okay.

• You can send me as much information, drawings or even pictures as you wish.

3. Payment

All payments are sent via PayPal, Zelle or Binance but it will depend on the availability (In the case of Zelle), full payment must be done to start working on your commission, as for now, I’m not accepting payment plans. All prices are final and all include taxes and transaction fees.

4. Delivery time

At the moment I accept your commission. It’ll take from 1 to up to 4 weeks, I might work on multiple drawings but it will depend on the current queue. If there’s any delay I’ll let you know beforehand. Once I start working on your idea I’ll let you know from the point of contact we have.

5. WIPs and work progress

There’s 4 milestones, every time a milestone has been reached I’ll send you what has been done and wait for your approbation, you can give any idea on the way as long it doesn’t mean a drastic change in the pose, background, etc, past the 2nd milestone. I also publish all WIPs in my Telegram Channel, if you wish to keep it hidden let me know as well. Keep this in mind, I won’t continue until I have your full approbation.

The milestones are:

1. At first, I’ll be sending a rough sketch of your idea, or my idea if you allow me artistic freedom, to see if it of your like, if for any reason you don’t like and want it redrawn, a fee of 25% of the total price will be applied, if the commission is artistic freedom I’m willing to redraw it without any fee, but just once. You can request any amount of changes as long it doesn’t affect the pose or idea.

• Note: You can give me a theme for an artistic freedom commission, let say you want something cool, so I’ll do something related to the theme, you can give me multiple themes, like cool glasses swag.

2. Once you like the initial idea I’ll refine the sketch, when it’s done I’ll check up with you and ask if any detail must be tidy up, cases like reducing the size of a body part, accessory, prop, adjusting an angle, etc, can be done, as long as it is not a drastic change to the pose. Please keep in mind that I’ll have a limit on changes, depending on my mood.

3. Then, I’ll do the lineart of the drawing, changes can still be made but only if they are really minor or if something slipped off from me.

4. At last, I’ll color and shade it if applicable, the only changes possible at this point are of colors.

If for any reason you decide to change the whole pose or idea past the first milestone a fee of 50% of the total price will be applied.

6. Drawing delivery, publishing and usage

• Every commission I finish will be posted to my Twitter, FurAffinity and Telegram channel, if you don’t want me to post it let me know beforehand, same if you want it to be posted but remain anonymous.

• Alts are free of charge, but please don’t abuse of it.

• If there are alts I’ll just upload the main idea to my FurAffinity and Telegram channel, and the alts will be posted on Twitter with the main idea.

• Once finished and published if applicable, I’ll send you 2 files, or more in case an alt has been requested, which one will have my watermark and the other without it, you are allowed to post, share, anything that comes to your mind, to the version that has the watermark.

• As for the version without watermark this will be ONLY FOR PERSONAL USAGE and may not be posted, shared, etc, anywhere, unless credits are given properly.

• All art that has been delivered is for NON-COMMERCIAL and NON-PROMOTIONAL use, ask for a commercial usage before commissioning.

7. Other notes

• If you don’t like the outcome you’re free to refuse and cancel your commission, but keep in mind I will not fully refund the money you’ve already paid, depending on how far I went.

• I have the right to reject a commission even if I’m already working on it, and I’ll fully refund your money back if this is the case.

• All characters in the commission must be allowed by their respective owners to be used in, unless it is some kind of surprise, it will be decided by me whenever or not it is a surprise.

• I’m human, just like you, and I have obligations and responsibilities, I can’t promise something being done by a specific date, so if you’re commissioning something for a birthday, holiday or anniversary don’t expect me to be done by the date if you didn’t let me know. I’ll organize the priority of commissions based on arrival.
